First, you need to apply at 《Returns & Refunds》, after you have successfully created a return, you will receive an email confirmation with your return tracking information, and our service will request the photos and videos of the defective merchandise or incorrect item by mail within 48 hours. After we confirm the product is defective,SF Express will contact you to deliver the return.
You will also receive an email once your return as been processed (make sure to check your spam folder). Once processed, please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment.
